REQUIREMENTS TO BELONG TO SIDI All previously selected firms involved in the production, editing or import of designer articles related to home or office furnishings or equipment, interior design articles, textiles or illumination that have a head office or branch office in Spain and contract the services provided by this firm may join SIDI. The only essential requirement for the company to participate in the activities of SIDI is that its production exhibit a high degree of interest in design or, if this condition is not met at present, the entirety of its production or its general trend confirms that such interest would be achieved within a reasonable period of time. A decision concerning these conditions will be made jointly by SIDI management and an Advisory Committee. The requesting firm must also certify that it has the necessary technical, professional and financial resources as well as sufficient business commitment allowing it to suitably fulfil its commitments to potential buyers.
